Category management is a process that involves managing product categories as business units through trade partnerships and customizing them (on a store-by-store basis) to support sales and profits by satisfying consumer needs. Category Supply Analyst works collaboratively with stakeholders and supports the management of supply performance for specific categories to ensure optimal business outcomes. The Category Supply Analyst responsibility is to drive Categories to Key Business KPI’s that support the businesses overall goals of Sales, Profit, Inventory Turns, Availability, Inventory Health EOZ.
