Responsibilities: in soccer include assisting the head coach with on field training, practice preparation, game planning, game day management, video breakdown, scouting calls, limited recruiting contacts and travel, and any other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities in a second sport include: coaching, practice and meet set up and management; assist in recruiting efforts.
Candidate’s responsibilities will average 40 hours per week over 11 months, but time commitment will vary between fall competition season and off-season recruiting.
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Previous playing/coaching experience
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
-Must posses excellent communication skills
-Candidate will need to possess the ability to work independently, and as a member of a team.
-Knowledge of NCAA rules and ability to recruit qualified student-athletes is required.
-Must be able to work nights and weekends. Compensation is $29,500 plus benefits.
