Responsible for the cleaning of dining services floors, fixtures, glass, ceilings, walls, drains, and loading dock. Refills holders for soap and paper towels in production areas and changes light bulbs. Collect and dispose of garbage from areas throughout dining services. Responsible for the nightly security of the dining services areas.
Must be knowledgeable and able to maintain Federal, State, and College safety and sanitization standards, including the practice of good personal hygiene. Have good communication with kitchen and management staff.
