Under the leadership and guidance of award winning Executive Chef Scott Turley our presentation kitchens have been able to produce a host of culinary delights and accomplished culinary practitioners. The Roundsperson I plays a key role in the creation of various culinary creations by, effectively rotating through our presentation kitchens, while being afforded the opportunity to gain exposure to a multitude of food preparations and develop professionally, by attaining certifications through continued education and on the job training. Our Roundsperson I work effectively within the fast paced environment of our presentation kitchens; proficient in comprehending and executing the recipes of our cuisines, complete food prep, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and good personal hygiene, effectively partner with a diverse team, provide an exceptional level of customer service, and developing individual skills and culinary techniques following classic methods and practices. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for the culinary, have previous foodservice industry experience, and a great desire to grow professionally within the industry.
