Job Purpose

Generates IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

Job Duties

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
  • Assess client IT needs and make recommendations with the support of your technical colleagues
  • Prepare sales visits and presentation to pitch product and service packages to clients
  • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
  • Act as a liaison between the client and their technical team when needed
  • Work toward sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
  • Track activities related to prospects, leads and opportunities in our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Become familiar with in all products and services offered by Nobious
  • Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services
  • Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products
  • Assist the Marketing team with the creation of literature and web-based features to promote products
  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales processes


Base salary of $30,000 plus an above average commission plan with the potential to earn $100K+ annually in your second year.

Our Sales Team

We have a small but highly organized sales team who is supported by an equally successfully Marketing team.  Our sales professionals are provided with high quality sales tools, numerous customer success stories, a low stress environment and a high quality service to sell.  You will be expected to identify your own prospects and leads but will also be provided with lead generation services from our Marketing team.  Our company has grown 400% already in 2020 and we have similar expectations for 2021.  


Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing, Experience with Sales and Marketing, Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Ability to Meet Goals, Ability to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition, Technical Skill, Attention to Detail.
