Nobious Business Automation provides our clients with innovative solutions for their operational challenges. We are seeking to add a Sales Associate to our Sales and Marketing team.

Description

We are seeking an energetic enthusiastic and knowledgably Information Technology Sales Associate to promote and sell our IT solutions. This largely includes our custom business applications development and managed services. In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with our specific products and services and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while promoting and selling our IT services and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations
  • Negotiating sales and services renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience
  • Degree in Marketing or similar qualification
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
  • Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales services
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Competency in consultation selling skills and strategy

Work Location: Anywhere in Iowa or within 250 miles of Grinnell, IA - Work remotely from home and light travel as needed
