Grinnell College, Department of Physical Education/Intercollegiate Athletics, has a part-time term assistant football coach position open working with wide receivers.
Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions, making recruiting calls, recruiting travel, breaking down film and preparing scouting reports. Candidate’s responsibilities will average 24 hours per week over ten months, but time commitment will vary between fall competition season and off-season recruiting. Must be able to work nights and weekends. ($15,000 for 10 months of part-time work). This position does not qualify for benefits.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous playing or coaching experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Knowledge of Midwest Conference and NCAA rules
