Description

Duties will include:

  • Utilize Novatime software to review and approve student payroll
  • Schedule all student staff with When to Work software
  • Monitor and assure Federal, State, College, and Departmental standards are met
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare daily deposits for Cashier’s office
  • Communicate staffing levels and needs, operational changes, and equipment issues
  • Maintain the safety and sanitation standards of the department
  • Supervise full-time, part-time, and student staff

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or 4 years of applicable experience
  • One year or more experience
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Communicates effectively utilizing various methods of communication
  • The ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word
  • processing, etc.
  • Values diversity and inclusion
  • Maintain a high level professionalism

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • *Serv Safe Food Certification
  • *Experience working in the hospitability field
