Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Alumni and Donor Relations, the Assistant is part of the team which provides strategic leadership for alumni and donor programs, events, volunteers and communications which complement and support the mission of the College and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR). Specifically, the Assistant is responsible for supporting the logistical execution of our alumni volunteer engagement platform, including the class letter program.
Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check prior to first day of employment.
The College requires staff members to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with at least one CDC-approved vaccination dose by date of hire.
This position requires three years of experience in a service-oriented, confidential environment or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate well-developed communication, planning and organizational skills, and a strategic, goal-oriented approach to work. Candidates must be able to work occasional nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.
