Grinnell College is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and well-organized Administrative Assistant to the office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing Human Resources functions for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This individual will effectively execute faculty hiring processes, integration of new and changed faculty information into campus data systems, maintain and support faculty lists. This position provides secondary support to the faculty review processes for tenure, promotion, and salary reviews. The Administrative Assistant provides general support for the Chief Diversity Officer and designated Associate Deans for meeting scheduling, project organization, and correspondence.
