Description

This position provides administrative support for conference operations (scheduling, services, etc.). Schedule campus facilities for internal and external clients. Oversee  the day-to-day management and overall operation of the scheduling database and serve as primary liaison with ITS for database maintenance. Utilize the scheduling database to coordinate information about events with campus service providers. Coordinates with Registrar to endure classes are scheduled.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Requires high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in a service-oriented environment. 
  • Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and databases.
  •  Must also have accurate composition and editing skills with an emphasis on grammar and punctuation, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills. 
  • Customer service skills critical. 
  • Values diversity, equity and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate's Degree
