Adventure Summary
The purpose of the position is to help customers, committing to a professional, team environment, and being able to process accurate and efficient sales transactions. This position will provide customer service by greeting and thanking customers as well as responding to their requests.
$500 sign-on bonus!
What You Will Do
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service, both internal and external, by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other components of customer services
- Processes transactions with customers.
- Operates cash register
- Handles complaints or redirects them to management
- Inspects merchandise and shows it to customers
- Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with organizational safety requirements
- Assist with company compliant paperwork in association with firearm purchases and sales
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Requires schedule flexibility
- Assists transactions for customers
- Other job duties as requested by management
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some Firearm knowledge preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Able to safely climb ladders and use stairs
- Able to use computers
- Data entry
- Data Gathering and using information
- Lifting 5 lbs. frequently, 30 lbs. occasionally, 40-50 lbs. occasionally with assistance
- Standing/walking for 8 hour days
