Reporting to the CEO, our Chief Marketing Officer will lead four incredible teams – Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and eCommerce – all toward a unified goal of understanding our differentiator, our customer, and ultimately our Customer Lifetime Value growth strategies. The ideal CMO is a servant leader who fosters a culture of community, creativity, and courage, guiding teams in experimenting and testing assumptions, shifting approaches, and driving an innovative/growth mindset.


Core Ownerships with Key Qualifications

Profitable Revenue Generation

  • Experienced strategist and enterprise thinker with demonstrated success developing multi-channel go-to-market strategies that drive customer lifetime value and opportunities for top-line revenue with profitable gross margin
  • Demonstrated forward thinking around consumer trends and behaviors, with experience developing sophisticated and highly segmented campaigns that drive measurable results and lead generation
  • Direct experience growing market share in a multi-brand, multi-channel organization

Data-driven Digital Marketing Experience

  • Direct experience developing agile business strategies via consumer insights to include customer behavioral economics data, consumer wants and needs, LTV, and customer retention
  • Demonstrated digital and social media marketing experience, including developing a loyalty program and social media platform strategy
  • Fluency in customer-centric measures and metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) that align with our customer journey, as well as experience utilizing them for funnel optimization and marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience in connecting consumer insights and technology through a personalized consumer engagement
  • Proven record of establishing and amplifying brand positioning, development, and awareness


  • Demonstrated servant leadership mindset with the ability to attract, grow and retain a highly motivated and talented team in a purpose-driven, performance-based, and results-driven organization
  • Direct experience managing and growing a high-performing sales and marketing team in a multi-brand, multi-channel setting
  • Proven record of effectively driving a team’s dynamic roadmap to align with the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • MBA, or master's degree in marketing or related field, highly preferred
  • Minimum 8 years' proven experience leading a strategic multi-brand, multi-channel marketing function
