This is a full-time job opportunity that is considered Temp-to-Hire in Iowa.  You will be working for a well establish call center troubleshooting and answering customer questions via phone, e-mail, and web chat. Various shift options to choose from, weekends may be required. You must submit a resume with the online application to be considered for these positions. Training and work will be done from the comfort of your home! New applicants are eligible for a $150 new hire bonus, once meeting hours required. YOU MUST BE A CURRENT IOWA RESIDENT!


  • Answering incoming support calls and e-support contacts

  • Generate and record accurate activity records in the appropriate tracking systems

Perform appropriate telephone support to ensure that customer questions are answered completely



  • $14-16/hr.




  • Computer literacy

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other types of CRM software

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot

  • Dependability, adaptability & flexibility

  • Ability to follow policy and procedures



  • High School Diploma/Equivalent

  • Experience working in customer service call center and/or an office setting is a plus 

  • Must have internet services established in your home

  • Equipment will be provided


  • Pre-employment drug screen required

  • Pre – employment background check required
