Position Title: Technical Support Representative
Wage: $14.00+/hour

Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone, mail and chat support, ensuring that customer questions are answered
- Enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate tracking system
- Communicate trends, issues and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management
- Provide technical and troubleshooting advice and assistance to other representatives
Requirements for Technical Support Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to sit for duration of shift
- Good manual dexterity
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
