Job Description | Perform customer service such as processing transactions, assisting customers with inquires via the phone or face-to-face interaction, responsible for establishing new consumer and commercial relationships and maintain the existing relationships, cross-sell different products and services in other departments, provide support for online and mobile banking products and services, and opening new accounts.

Please note: an important skill we are looking for is the ability to answer phones and work with customers over the phone, because this is a common method of communication with many of our customers.
