The Guest Housing and Programming Coordinator is responsible for all operations of Grinnell House and long-term guest housing, supervise all full-time and call-in housekeeping and student staff that support the Grinnell House operations (both in-house and contract labor). Oversee housekeeping staff for the Presidents House. Drive programmatic vision and execution for Convocation speakers, Met Opera, and special programming, which includes all budget, marketing, contract negotiation, committee management, and execution of events. Billing and budget reconciliation for Grinnell House, Convocation, Met Opera and special programming. Serves as liaison for wedding related events and assists with keys and housing assignments for summer programs.
