Position Title: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Wage: $16.00 - $17.25/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Lids, Hoses, and Buckets OH MY! This company in Victor, IA is looking for hard workers who enjoy a fun and fast environment! In this Machine Operator role, you will learn all about plastic injection molding. You'll do everything from assembling lids, to cutting hoses and even packaging parts. Being a family-owned and operated company, this is a small, tight-knit team who really strives to keep the family spirit alive by treating everyone like a member of the family!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate various plastic injection presses by loading machines, cutting materials and checking quality of product
- Trim off extra plastic from completed parts with a utility knife
- Package completed materials into boxes
- Label finished boxes for shipment
- Use small hand tools to assemble lids
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Previous plastic injection experience preferred
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to bend, twist, push or pull throughout shift
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
