Timm Agency, LLC is seeking a professional, part time Customer Loyalty Specialist. Insurance licensing preferred, but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process payments in person and over the phone
- Set up appointments for insurance reviews
- Prepare and send customer mailings
- File claims and follow up on claims process
- Data entry
- Customer fact finding for quoting process
- Post updates to social media
