- PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrate the ability to enhance academic performance and support for and implementation of the District’s student achievement goals
- Meet and instruct assigned classes
- Use research-based instructional strategies to deliver instruction that meets the multiple learning needs of all students
- Create a classroom environment that is conductive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of all students
- Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA
- Iowa Teacher's Certification are required
- 5-12 All Sciences Endorsement preferred
- Previous K-12 teaching experience is prefered, but not required
