Description

Grinnell Mutual is seeking students with a strong work ethic who can (1) think big, (2) have fun, and (3) get things done! We’re one of the few employers in Iowa named a Top Workplace (voted by our employees) since the award began in 2011! That means we’re doing things right, putting people first, and providing a great work culture.

Rather than focusing on specific majors for our co-op assignments, we look for highly-motivated individuals with strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Our co-ops don’t fetch coffee or run errands, they take on exciting assignments and meaningful projects that have both business and customer impact.

Our ideal candidates are busy people balancing school, clubs, and volunteer organizations which means we offer a flexible work schedule so you can keep your commitments while discovering how your education applies in the insurance industry. Your time is valuable so you can expect competitive pay to help with college expenses. You’ll also build connections with fellow students, your work teams, and our leadership team through both work and social events.

At Grinnell Mutual you get all of this and more!
