In collaboration with the Head Coach, you’ll contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that prioritizes student-athlete development. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our student-athletes both on and off the field, as you work to build a thriving culture, recruit talented prospective students, and help advance the mission of our College and Athletic Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide specific sub-groups of student-athletes, fostering growth and development both athletically and personally.
• Assist in practice planning, video review, and strategy sessions to enhance team performance.
• Play an active role in the program’s recruiting efforts, including outreach, communication, and coordinating visits for prospective student-athletes.
• Advance player retention initiatives to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the men’s soccer program, contributing to its overall success.
