Silt Creek Trio at the Solera Wine Bar & Listening Room

Overview

Silt Creek is a trio comprised of three diverse musicians who share a love of music and have been crossing paths for the last 25 years. Grinnellian Ryan Bernemann, Chris Dimond, and Ben Schmidt have been performing in various local and regional bands and join forces to bring a unique and refined sound rich with vocal harmony, playful improvisation, and stunning songcraft. Their sound comes from a broad palette of training and influences from Singer/Songwriter to Alt – Country to Blues, Jazz and Soul music. Live shows include a mix of original compositions, collaborations, and re-envisioned covers. Ben, Chis & Ryan last appeared at the Solera Wine Bar & Listening Room in November 2025. We are pleased to have them back in the Listening Room.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. When capacity is reached, no further customers will be allowed entry. No seats may be held. Beverages available for sale. You may bring in your own food. Music at the Solera Wine Bar & Listening Room is a volunteer effort supported by Colleen, Brent, generous supporters, and contributions from those who attend. This is a public performance. Please tip the performers and please contribute to the series in support of live music in Grinnell.
