Grinnell College Wilson Center for Innovation & Leadership will be hosting a FREE workshop led by Wall Street Journal best-selling author Kevin Allen on Saturday, September 9 from 2-5 PM.

Setback is an inevitable part of a healthy culture of experimentation and ambition. Kevin Allen will give participants confidence in dealing with the absolute certainty of setback, not as an exception but as an integral part of leading effectively and the good that can come from success in a challenge. Participants will be introduced to four typologies that leaders confront and how to manage their emotional responses. Tools will be provided as a practical guide for this process and for making decisions under pressure.

Registration is required to participate in the workshop, which will be held on campus. This workshop is open to the public as well as faculty/staff and students of Grinnell College, and it is part of the Wilson Center Leadership Series.
