Event Description:The Grinnell Community Meal has returned to Grinnell United Methodist Church. There is a need for free nutritious meals in the community, and we want to address this issue. Anyone is eligible for Grinnell Community Meals regardless of income. Our meal will be served in the Friendship Center from 5:30-6 PM on Thursday nights with the dual purpose of food and fellowship. It will be an opportunity to meet and make friends.
There will be no to-go orders and we have a capacity of 80 eat in meals. Please enter at the Park Street doors.

Volunteers are needed to prep and serve food. Find more details on the Chamber's Volunteer Board.
Menu: November 30: Corn chowder, salad, rolls and desert
December 7: Smothered pork chop, rice pilaf, green beans and desert (provided and served by the Claude W. & Dolly Ahrens Foundation)
December 14: pork loin, cheesey potatoes, salad and desert (provided and served by the Grinnell Rotary) |
