Sew a Spring Jacket - All Levels

Sew a spring jacket, suitable for all levels of experience.

This is an open studio 5 week session in which we focus on constructing a spring jacket.  We have three patterns recommended for this class.

• Moss Jacket by Helens Closet Pattern Company (PDF) and is recommended for beginners
• Unisex Ilford Jacket by The Friday Pattern Company (PDF) for the intermediate sewist
• Sylvan Jacket Pattern by Sew Liberated (PDF) for the confident intermediate sewist

You will need to purchase your pattern and have it printed. I suggest Premier Printing for this process. You will also need to purchase your supplies. I recommend that you prewash your fabrics.  We have sewing machines and sergers available.

A working knowledge of a sewing machine is required. Making a jacket is not required for this session, this is an open studio session so feel free to work on a project of your choice.

Cancellation policy: Registrants may cancel their enrollment 48 hours (2 days) before a class begins for a refund or credit. After this deadline, no refund or credit is available. GAAC/The Stew reserves the right to cancel classes due to a minimum enrollment not being met. In that event, participants will be notified and will be able to choose between a refund or credit for a future class.
