Event Description:11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.— Sliders served until 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a glass of Tassel Ridge® wine ($6–$12) with your favorite sliders from our Slider Menu: Bacon Gouda Sliders with Lettuce, Tomato, and Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Aioli ($11); Barbecue Bacon Cheddar Sliders with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, and Barbecue Sauce ($11); Brisket Sliders with Barbecue Sauce, & Coleslaw ($11) or a Slider Trio (Bacon Gouda Slider, Barbecue Bacon Cheddar Slider, Brisket Slider) ($12). Add a Basket of Fries ($4); Caesar Side Salad with Romaine, Croutons, Shaved Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing ($5), and end the evening with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Slider with Vanilla Ice Cream ($2 each or 3/$5). Seating is limited. The Tasting Bar is not open. Instead, experience a Tassel Ridge Seated Wine Tasting (by reservation only or space available). Choose from one of eight Tasting Flights. Flights include five wines, freshly baked bread, Frisian Farms Young Gouda, and Tassel Ridge Dipping Oil, and depending on Flight, Warm Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Price $15–$25 per flight.
