Event Description:

Calling all young rockstars! Get ready to drum your way into fitness with our March Madness Generation Pound class series!

Join us every Wednesday in March from 4-5 PM Central Time for an energetic and rhythmic workout designed specifically for kids aged 6-12 years old.

Generation Pound combines movement and music in an exciting way, using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, called Ripstix, to create a full-body workout that feels more like play than exercise!

Every Wednesday in March
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Registration Options:

$40 for the full four-week series
$15 per drop-in class
