Event Description:

The Grinnell Community Meal takes place on Thursday nights at Grinnell United Methodist Church from 5:30-6 PM. There is a need for free nutritious meals in the community, and we want to address this issue. Anyone is eligible for Grinnell Community Meals regardless of income.

Our meal will be served in the Friendship Center from 5:30-6 PM on Thursday nights with the dual purpose of food and fellowship. It will be an opportunity to meet and make friends.

There will be no to-go orders and we have a capacity of 80 eat in meals. Please enter at the Park Street doors.

Volunteers are needed to prep and serve food. Find more details on the Chamber's Volunteer Board.

March 7: Creamy tomato soup, ham and cheese grilled cheese, and dessert (provided by the Global Kitchen)

March 14: TBD (provided by First Friends Church)

March 21: Loose meat sandwiches, salad, fruit (provided by St. John's Lutheran Church)

March 28: TBD (provided by Grinnell UMC)
