Join Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Office for Grant Writing 101, a workshop presented by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. This event is co-sponsored by Poweshiek County Extension and Outreach and the Greater Poweshiek Community Foundation. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This workshop is designed for beginners and will cover a variety of topics, including:

• The challenges of seeking and using grant funding.
• Project planning.
• Identifying potential funders.
• The parts of a grant application.
• Tips for success.
