Join us in the Marion Austin Jones Classroom at the Grinnell School of Music. The building, located at 720 5th Avenue, is fully accessible.

Event Description:

MINIKEYS (for Preschoolers and Kindergarteners) and JAM BAND 101 (for 1st- and 2nd-graders) are game-based group classes which offer a perfect launch pad for a student’s musical journey. In small bands, students explore different rock band instruments (piano, drums, voice, and guitar) and write original songs together. Demo classes allow you and your child to meet instructors, check out our space, and explore the curriculum before committing to the 15-week class curriculum.
