UnityPoint Health is actively recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to join our General Surgery and Weight Loss Clinic in Grinnell!

 Responsibilities

M-Th 7:30-4:30pm, F 7:30-11:30am (No call)
Provider will evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care including:
- Pre/Post Op visits
- Annual visits
- Non-surgical weight loss management
The practice:
- Join an established team of three surgeons and two APPs
- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff working at a bariatric center of excellence
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

 Qualifications

NP or PA
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
