Description

The primary responsibility of this role includes managing day-to-day "end to end" order-to-bill operations that realizes highest levels of customer satisfaction for the Pharma division. The position is responsible for developing customer relationships through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position holder is in charge of monitoring, reviewing, and improving/maintaining processes and procedures to leverage efficiencies while maintaining compliance. Requirements

REQUIRES QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain; alternatively, Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience; 

  • Must have at least 3 years of SAP experience;

  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritizing abilities; 

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; 

  • Excellent customer awareness and focus;

  • Strong communication/presentation skills also required both oral and written; 

  • Able to develop, present, and explain in depth reports using various SAP & Microsoft applications); 

  • Comfortable working directly with all levels of customer’s management and internal stakeholder; 

  • Experience in dealing with Hospitals, GPO’s and IDN’s located throughout the United States. (with emphasis in Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain Management). 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in an Order-to-Cash pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health or FMCG industry.
