- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and payments accurately.
- Assist with quoting, applications, and policy renewals.
- Educate clients on insurance products and available coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency management systems (Salesforce, Guidewire).
- Support agency marketing and outreach initiatives as needed.
