POSITION SUMMARY
Grinnell College is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and well-organized Administrative Assistant I to become part of the team which provides strategic and tactical leadership for the alumni and donor programs, events, volunteers, and communications. These areas complement and support the mission of the College and the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR).
This role is a 30 hour per week, full-time benefit eligible position in the B3 Career Level.

Proven communicator with the ability to effectively utilize various modes of communication.
Has an understanding of philanthropy and fundraising and/or has previous higher education/non-profit work experience
Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite applications
