Event Description:11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.—Sliders served until 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a glass of Tassel Ridge wine ($6–$12) with your favorite sliders from our Slider Menu: Bacon Gouda Sliders with Lettuce, Tomato, and Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Aioli ($11); Barbecue Bacon Cheddar Sliders with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, and Barbecue Sauce ($11); Brisket Sliders with Barbecue Sauce, & Coleslaw ($11) or a Slider Trio (Bacon Gouda Slider, Barbecue Bacon Cheddar Slider, Brisket Slider) ($12). Add a Basket of Fries ($4); Caesar Side Salad with Romaine, Croutons, Shaved Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing ($5); and end the evening with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Slider with Vanilla Ice Cream ($2 each or 3/$5). Seating is limited. The Tasting Bar will NOT be open, but Seated Tastings, also by Reservation only, will be available to enjoy before your meal. Our Seated Tastings include your choice of one of eight Tasting Flights. Flights include five wines, freshly baked bread, Frisian Farms Young Gouda, and, depending on Flight, Tassel Ridge® Dipping Oil or Warm Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Price $15–$25 per flight.
