Description

Process Coordinator:

As a Process Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting all site or Field Operations team members to ensure the production of the highest quality products, meeting forecasted demand needs provided by external support groups. You will always embrace and demonstrate a safety-first culture, supporting the safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules while maintaining efficient operations. Your duties will align with overall site Key Metrics, including Safety, Quality, TIP (total individual volume performance), TOP (total overall volume performance), and cost efficiency. As a member of the End 2 End mission team, you should maintain strong relationships with team members and other site and support personnel to resolve production challenges and support operations. You will need to adapt quickly to changes in the business, courageously face new challenges and opportunities, and ensure the highest level of compliance and safety standards in all activities. Providing timely technical support where needed to ensure the best customer experience possible is paramount.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma;
  • Valid Driver's License;
  • MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening;
  • Ability to critically think about the business.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, technical support, or safety, OR bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing;

  • MBA;
  • Experience in lean manufacturing systems;
  • Demonstration of courage, candor, and initiative in past assignments.
