Looking for a fun way to stay active and learn about nutrition this fall? Join us for Bingocize — a health promotion program that combines bingo with inclusive, gentle exercises for all abilities! Come play bingo, meet new people, and improve your health while having fun! This round of Bingocize combines gentle exercise with nutrition education. Call Poweshiek County Public Health at 641-236-2385 to register! Spots are limited.
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays.
