Our Team
Rachael Kinnick
President & CEO
Rachael oversees the Grinnell Area Chamber of Commerce's daily operations, and works with local and regional stakeholders to advocate on behalf of the Grinnell community. She works with the Board of Directors to set the strategic priorities for the organization and represents Grinnell on a variety of local and regional organizations' board of directors. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and strives to engage the organization in community development efforts to ensure Grinnell as a unique place to live, learn, work and play.
Rachael lives just west of town with her husband Kory, their three children: Hunter, Harper & Hadley and chocolate lab, Barrett and pug Gunner. She enjoys running, reading, and gardening in her spare time.
