Overview

The Grinnell College Museum of Art (GCMoA) is nestled in the heart of the Bucksbaum Center for the Arts, at the northeast corner of Park Street and 6th Avenue. GCMoA serves both the campus and the community by bringing regional, national, and international art to Grinnell. The museum’s collection includes more than 9,000 objects with an emphasis on contemporary art. The Grinnell College Museum of Art also includes the Print and Drawing Study Room, located on the lower level of Burling Library. Faculty and students use the museum and the print room to study original works of art from the collection and exhibitions. GCMoA also builds community through art through public outreach programs such as Storytime Art in the Park. Visit our website or social media to learn more about our current exhibitions and community programming.
