Overview

Bite Sized Learning, sponsored by Grinnell College, is a professional development series that provides community members with relevant and applicable industry knowledge and resources. Bite Sized Learning is open to all, including local business owners, nonprofit leaders, college students, and those simply interested in the session topic.

Sessions include a light breakfast and beverages; tickets are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, starting at $10, unless otherwise noted. This event is open to anyone interested in attending, regardless of Chamber membership status.

Meet Andrew Felix, who brings over two decades of experience in business, media, and marketing. He has worked with dozens of businesses and non-profits of all sizes. He prides himself on being a hands-on, dependable, and positive leader, and is passionate about teaching and helping businesses and non-profits grow.

On June 18, he will present, “Enhancing Customer Expectations and Experiences.” Customers all have choices, but what shapes those choices? In this session, join Felix in looking beyond price and availability to explore how our organization may be a turn-on or a turn-off for customers. The goal of this session is to view your organization from the customer's perspective. We will explore ways to identify and enhance the customer experience across both traditional and digital operations.

With over 21 years in corporate America, Bell has led multi-million-dollar projects across industries, transforming businesses through strategic and sustainable solutions. 

On March 26, Bell led the session, “Brand Visibility on a Budget: Stand Out in a Crowded Marketplace.”
