Ahrens Park Parkrun

Overview

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event — meet near the south parking lot by dog park. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along. Grinnell is one of only two parkrun sites in Iowa and one of 98 in the U.S. There are more than 2,500 parkrun locations in 22 different countries and 9 million registered parkrunners!
