Grinnell College invites you to join their new weekly series of casual, engaging conversations with featured campus guests. The new weekly series provides an opportunity for informal, engaging conversations between the College and broader Grinnell community on a variety of topics. Today’s topic “Current Disability Topics/Events in Higher Education” with guest speaker Autumn Wilke, Ph.D, Associate Chief Diversity Officer for Disability Resources. Wilke serves as head of the Disability Resources Office on campus, and she will share how the office fosters an environment where people with all disabilities can do their best work by removing barriers. Wilke will share developments that are happening nationally and how they compare to what their office is doing at the local level on campus.
