At St. Francis Manor, our mission is to provide quality home service to you or your loved one. Our 31-acre Life Plan Community offers 146 independent living homes; 20 assisted living apartments; private home healthcare services; outpatient and inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services; hospital-to-home skilled nursing and rehabilitation services; and long-term nursing and restorative care services. We have a variety of campus amenities, including a walking track and exercise equipment, as well as fitness classes and other activities are also provided to help keep residents physically, mentally and socially active.
