Mixed Media Magic: Art Journaling & Collage Workshop

Overview

Unleash your creativity and learn how to turn a blank page into a stunning visual story! In this hands-on workshop, we will explore the essential techniques of strong visual design while mastering the art of combining different materials successfully. Whether you want to create a standalone collage masterpiece or dive into art journaling, you will work toward a project based on a theme of your own choosing.

Learn: Composition and design fundamentals, layering techniques, and how to mix mediums (paint, paper, text, and textiles) without making a mess.

Bring: Students are highly encouraged to bring their own journal or scrapbook if they have one, along with any personal items you'd like to incorporate—think photographs, ticket stubs, pressed flowers, or favorite "junk" treasures!
