Are you a new or new-ish resident of Grinnell? Welcome!

The New Resident Welcome, presented by RE/MAX Partners Realty, welcomes community members in Grinnell and provides businesses and organizations the opportunity to introduce themselves! The bi-annual New Resident Welcome event, which debuted in October of 2023, invites new(er) residents and their families to join us at Central Park for this unique event.

New Resident Welcome provides an opportunity to meet fellow new residents and learn about community events, organizations, volunteer opportunities, and places to shop local. Attendees and their families will also enjoy a free meal, provided by a local member business.

Vendors representing a variety of businesses and organizations from the Grinnell community will be present to answer questions and share information with new residents. Local businesses and organizations featured at the upcoming New Resident Welcome will be updated here regularly, starting May 1. The Grinnell community at large is invited to chat with our vendors, as well.
