Summer Arts Camp: Clay Lab

Overview

Curious about clay? Come get your hands dirty! Have you ever wanted to try the pottery wheel or see how a lump of mud becomes a piece of art? The Clay Lab is the perfect place to start. This camp is designed for beginners and those looking to grow their skills in a relaxed, creative studio. Get a hands-on introduction to the pottery wheel in a low-pressure environment. No experience? No problem. We’ll provide the tools and the guidance; you just bring your imagination!

• Date/Time: Tuesday-Friday, July 14-17 from 1-3 PM.
• Instructors: Lauren Emge and Bethany Hensley
• Fee: $150 (financial assistance available)
• Ages: Entering grades 6-9
