Textiles: Make Your Own Tote Bag! (8+)

Overview

Never touched a sewing machine? No problem! This workshop starts with a simple pattern, but by the end you’ll have all the skills you need to tackle your next sewing project.

First, you’ll sew your tote bag from a fabric of your choice with guidance from instructors Lauren Emge, Kyra Pruszinski, and Stew staff. Next, you’ll draw a unique design and print it right onto your bag using the Stew’s vinyl heat press. Once you’ve sewn and printed, you can continue to personalize with buttons, fabric markers, and patches!
