Mahaffey Law Office started business in Montezuma, Iowa in 1978. Michael purchased the current Montezuma office building from retiring attorney Vince Johnson in 1991. Since then the business has grown. In 2023 Mahaffey Law office partnered with Donald Schild and Schild Law Office to add a second office in Grinnell to better serve our client base. Mahaffey Law Office practices in the following areas: estate  probate, real estate, family law, civil litigation, business law and agricultural law.
