Choose a Tassel Ridge Iowa Sabrevois Mushroom Swiss Burger with Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese, and Tassel Ridge Iowa Sabrevois Mushroom Sauce made with Tassel Ridge Iowa Sabrevois or a Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Barbecue Burger with Fried Onions and Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Barbecue Sauce made with Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix. Add a Basket of Fries ($5); an Italian Side Salad with Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garbanzo Beans, Banana Peppers, and Italian Dressing ($5) and end your meal with Apple Crisp à la Mode ($7). Seating is limited. The Tasting Bar will not be open, but Seated Tastings, also by Reservation only, will be available to enjoy before your meal. Our Seated Tastings include your choice of one of nine Tasting Flights. Flights include five wines, freshly baked bread, Frisian Farms Young Gouda, and Tassel Ridge® Dipping Oil, and depending on Flight, Warm Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Price $15–$25 per flight.
